About Me
Born in Liverpool, UK, Tony grew up in the middle of England and has been in the IT industry since 1990. He spent 8 years in Belgium building networks and IT systems for fortune 500 companies like Cisco Systems. He married his wife who hails from New York, was clubbed over the back of the head and dragged over to San Francisco. Not a bad thing at all as it turns out. Built a technology company that stalled and he is now building again. He now works out of Columbus, Ohio and mentors engineers on their budding ideas whilst raising funds for some very interesting technological ideas across the US.
He currently sits as Vice Chair for the CompSoc of IEEE in Columbus and really enjoys working alongside the Department of Development, OSU & The Business Technology Centre Incubator to bring and help tech startups to the 315 corridor in Columbus, Ohio.
He has no pets although he shares next door’s cat, Flash and absolutely hates gardening.
